I require payment prior to each session, via bank transfer. I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy - full session fee will be charged if you cancel within this time. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please do let me know as soon as possible.
I am recognised by all major insurers, and for clients who have been approved sessions via this route, we invoice the insurer directly at agreed insurer rates. Any excess on a client's policy is payable by the client. For all insurance-funded clients we require a deposit of £100 in advance of the sessions.
